I have been working in the rental division industry as a letting agent since 2015. I initially started with professionals in a shared administration role, however after an exciting opportunity arose to move in to the rental team I jumped at the chance to engage in a new career and I thoroughly enjoy my role.
I have been living in Taranaki for the past 21 years moving from Auckland for the lifestyle New Plymouth offers. My background in hospitality gives me the perfect opportunity to utilise my people skills and professional approach to both property owners and potential tenants. I offer a casual letting service for owners that prefer to self-manage their rental properties but don’t have the time or resources to undertake viewings and pre- tenancy checks. I believe communication is crucial with both owners and tenants and pride myself on going the extra mile.
Steph has helped us find multiple amazing tenants through the casual letting service. Steph is always professional and responds promptly. If we were to ever go away from managing our tenants ourselves we would happily have Steph manage them.
